Are you passionate about natural skin care? Lavami provides powerful plant-based skincare products that are free from toxic ingredients, and we are looking to add to our team with a marketing and sales representative. The part-time position will be to help us regionally build our business-to-business contacts in central and/or western Canada. If you are a self-starter that is creative and driven, we want to hear from you! This is a flexible position, as you can choose your hours, region/territory, and work location. All we require is that you are able to research and contact leads with minimal supervision.

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone that is outgoing, fun, creative and able to succeed in an unique work environment
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience in marketing, retail, and sales. Knowledge of the skin care industry and marketing tactics would be an asset
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Imaginative, high attention to detail, and a great problem solver
  • Must be able to work with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Great sense of humor
  • Passion for natural skincare products and an existing Lavami fan an asset

Responsibilities

  • Researching for lead generation, cold calling/cold emailing contacts, and nurturing leads with follow-up
  • Send leads in your region marketing emails promoting wholesale specials and discounts
  • Promoting Lavami products to fellow entrepreneurs, buyers and potential customers
  • Order submission, and small administrative tasks like keeping track of products sold and leads
  • Occasional demo in-store and with store owners/managers if you are in the area

Can either be a commission-based position or hourly, based on the candidate, experience, and location. Sell us on what you want! Dynamic position that has potential to turn into whatever you want it to be, so go get it!!
