Shipping + Return + Order Info
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Items that have been ordered and paid for will ship in 2–5 business days. We ship via Canada Post, and will take between 2–5 business days.
LOCAL PICKUP (CALGARY ONLY)
All Calgary local pickup orders can be picked up from Oak + Tonic at 3829 Bow Trail SW, Calgary, AB T3C 2E8.
We drop off twice a week, and cutoff times are 5:00 pm Monday evening for Tuesday pickups and 5:00 pm Wednesday for Thursday pickups.
Once your order is ready, we will send you a confirmation email with a pickup number.

After the shipment has left our premises, it can take 5-12 business days to arrive. If there are any customs charges, the buyer is responsible for 100% of the charges.
For light packages under 1 kg, you can choose to ship via our most economical option, which is the Small Packet. There is no tracking and no signature, and we cannot refund the cost of the shipping if does not arrive. If you would like a tracking number, please choose the Tracked Packet option.
International orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive after they are shipped. Orders may get caught in customs and we do not assume responsibility for these items. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges.
If your order was not received, or there is any other problem, like it was not what you were expecting, drop us a line so we can fix it. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, and please supply a photo of the shipping packaging and damaged item and we will send a replacement.
All products are handmade and 100% natural so please allow for slight variations like colour.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us at email@example.com, and we can sort it out. You must supply proof of purchase, or your online order number within 30 days of the purchase and we can issue an exchange or store credit. There must be 50% or more of the product left to qualify. Due to the nature of the products, there will be no refunds, except in rare cases like defect. There will be no refunds on shipping costs, and all exchanged and store-credit items will be exclusive of shipping.
